The. Rt. Rev. David N. Mutisya the Vice Chairperson, Board of Trustees for the last 3 years and the Bishop of Garissa Missionary Area since 2007 to Date. He was ordained in 1990 and served as a Rural Dean, Archdeacon and Canon in the Diocese of Kitui. He has a Bachelor of Arts in theology and Diploma in Higher Education. He is currently pursuing His Doctor in Ministries Dmin at Nashotah House Seminary USA.
